The Beer filling machine is divided into several processes such as malt manufauring, wort manufacturing, pre-fermentation, post-fermentation, filter sterilization, and packaging. The beer filling and capping machines are part of the packaging process. After being filtered by the membrane, the beer is sent to the rotary beer tank through the pipeline, and then into the bottle through the filling valve, and bottled beer is obtained after capping. The working efficiency and automation of beer filling and capping machines directly affect the daily output of beer.
This series of glass bottle beer filling machine is dedicated to the isobaric filling production line of glass bottled beer and carbonated beverages. The filling adopts one-time or two-time vacuuming technology, it has the functions of automatically closing the valve and flushing broken glass, and using hot water to stimulate foam before pressing the lid.

The beer filling and capping machine adopts the pressure filling method, which is filled at higher than atmospheric pressure, the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the beer liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference.
Using the rotary motion generated by the rotary wine tank, the vacuum valve fixed on the upper part of the wine tank is opened through the mechanical mechanism for the empty bottle placed on the tank position, and the sealed bottle is vacuumed.
The vacuum cam continues to open the vacuum valve to draw out the mixed gas of air and carbon dioxide in the bottle, and the gas valve opens again to fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas. Turn the outer operating valve stem, open the gas valve, and fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas.
The liquid valve in the filling valve opens when the pressure in the bottle is close to the gas pressure, the beer is injected into the bottle along the bottle wall, and the beer is filled through the electric control of the filling valve.
