| Air Compressor
High pressure air compressor: provides enough air pressure for bottle molding process Low pressure air compressor: provides enough air pressure for the running of other parts of the machine Air Filter Filter the compressed air to make sure that there is no any dust inside the air. Air Tank Cooling and drying machine This machine cools and dries the air before it is compressed into the molding machine. Chiller This machine cools the molding machine by water circle, so that It prevents the molding machine from over-heated after long time working. |

| Bottle Blow Molding
As the preforms are heated, they will be conveyed and fixed into the bottle mold. After that the mold is closed. Then as the high pressure air is injected into the preform, the bottle is formed. |
